The lodge is quiet, well-kept and sits in the Troutbeck Valley with fell views from the private decked veranda. The Nespresso machine, comfortable beds and a walk-in en-suite shower add to the appeal. The Mortal Man pub is 0.7 miles away on foot. Windermere, Ambleside and Grasmere are all within a 15-minute drive.
Pet Friendly
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Limefitt Park has a dedicated dog walking field and the Haybarn pub has a dog-friendly area. Dogs must stay on leads on the park and cannot be left alone in the lodge. Walks from the park lead directly into the Troutbeck Valley countryside.
