A superb cottage within easy walking distance of both Bowness & Windermere. The cottage is set on a quiet street with plenty of parking immediately outside. The cottage itself is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Gerry, met us on arrival to ensure everything was ok which it was and lives close by if any issues were to arise which they won't. In summary highly recommended and would definitely return!!

Our second visit to Hannahs cottage and it was as good as the first time with the added bonus we stayed for longer. The cottage has absolutely everything you need, every detail has been thought through with a lot of care for every comfort. Lovely, this is a comfortable, clean and well located holiday home. My family and I had a great stay, Gerry the owner, was friendly and provided a great experience for us. We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Hannahs Cottage. It was warm and comfortable at all times, perfect for a stay during the cold winter months. It is perfectly situated about a 10 minute walk from the town of BownessonWindermere, and a 15 minute walk from the town of Windermere itself. Lots of fantastic restaurants nearby. Gerry himself was great at communicating about a small issue with the WiFi in the property, and was quick to fix this. Hannahs Cottage was by far the cleanest and most beautiful cottage we have ever stayed in. Perfectly placed to walk into either Bowness or Windermere, it simply couldnt be beaten for location, comfort, cleanliness and attention to detail. A real home from home, well equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Three very generous and comfortable bedrooms including the basement space which felt like having your own luxurious personal suite. Having stayed in a range of Sykes properties which have all been exceptional Hannahs cottage has to be the best. A beautiful property inside and out, and the bonus to us which we had not been expecting was the back garden with the table and chairs and as the weather was sunny and warm this was very welcome. A perfect stay in a perfect cottage thank you. Spacious, light and really well equipped across three floors this generous 3 double bedroom accomodation would suit a variety of guest configurations. The outside space was an extra bonus. Situated in a lovely location with views across to the fells on all sides. We arrived by train and travelled everywhere on foot and by bus the local infrastructure is amazing. Onroad parking directly in front of the house. This accommodation is situated in a very quiet residential area.
