Limefitt Holiday Park has an outdoor children's play area, a games room and a zipwire on site (additional fee applies). The lodge has DVDs, books and family games inside. Windermere boat trips, Go Ape adventure park and Bowness are all within a short drive. The woodland beside the lodge is great for spotting deer and squirrels.
For Couples
The private end-of-cul-de-sac position with no passing traffic makes this a genuinely quiet retreat. The elevated decking with Troutbeck Valley views is ideal for evening meals outside. The Haybarn Pub is two minutes' walk and Windermere's restaurants, cafés and independent shops are five miles away. Guests have described it as cosy and homely even in poor weather.
Pet Friendly
Up to two dogs are welcome. The decking is securely gated so dogs can sit outside safely. A woodland path runs directly beside the lodge. The park has a designated dog walking field. The Haybarn Pub two minutes' walk away is dog friendly. Dogs must stay on leads on the park and must not be left alone in the lodge.
