We loved the amount of living space there was, which was really useful for 5 adults staying in the property. The kitchen was well equipped, with lots of space to store our food, and we appreciated the welcoming gifts left by the owner. The ensuite bedroom was a little cramped both bedroom and the bathroom, but perfectly adequate. There weren't many instructions re checking out, in terms of if we needed to do anything with the bedding, towels or rubbish, so trusted they would be taken care of when the property was cleaned. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Thank you for a wonderful stay over New Year. The property is so much better than the photos on the website. Chocolates and Prosecco were welcome gifts from the owners. Bungalow is lovely and warm, kitchen well equipped and main bathroom was spacious. Extra lounge off the ensuite bedroom was really useful for the grandchildren to chill out. Would definitely stay again.

Mylnebeck is a wonderful little bungalow situated in between Windermere and Bowness, in easy walking distance of both. Four of us stayed and had a fantastic stay. Mylnebeck Lodge is ideally placed between the town of Windermere and Bowness by the lake. Our family had a memorable stay, the property was clean and well furnished with all the amenities we could want. We are highly likely to book again and would recommend.

The property is situated in a convenient location. It is a decent size property, it is modern, clean and very comfortable. It is fully equipped. It has a big living room and it also has an additional smaller, cosy living room with a very comfortable sofa, TV and additional hanging space for clothes. We would recommend Mylnebeck lodge and we are hoping to book another stay soon.

Beautiful bungalow, very clean and loads of room for the family to spread out in, probably the nicest holiday place we have stayed in. Loved all the tvs and how modern it was. It was in a great location about 12 mins into bowness and near loads of great restaurants. The owner was great, we had a problem with wasps which he sorted out very promptly which was much appreciated especially as it was a bank holiday weekend.

A huge thank you to Malc for a lovely stay in his property. The location couldn't be better, in between windermere town centre and Bowness. We have just returned from a 3 day break and had a lovely time! The bungalow is deceptively spacious with the added bonus of a second lounge! We are a family of 5 and the children loved it, they wanted to stay for longer. Ive recommended this place to all my friends. Spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Parking right next to the door was great for my husband, whose not very able bodied, hence choosing a bungalow. Bed was comfy and lovely walk in shower. This is a lovely bungalow and has everything you need for a great holiday. Its warm and very cosy, plus its in a great position. The only down side for me was that despite the pictures looking like its flat around the bungalow the drive is quite steep, that said it wouldn't put me off from visiting again.

Better than expected, very clean and felt at home. Love the position with easy acces to Bowness and Windermere. Bus stop nearly on doorstep so no need to use car. Would love to return but dates we need not available for next year.

Beautiful bungalow, spotlessly clean, very welcoming. The bungalow is situated between Bowness and Windermere, both within easy walking distance. There were numerous cafes and restaurants to chose from and we found the people very friendly. So central for travelling round the Lake District, but we didnt use the car very much, as everything we needed was right on the doorstep. When we come back to the Lake District, there is only one place we would chose to stay.
