Three bedrooms sleep five: a king-size bedroom on the first floor, a single bedroom also on the first floor and a twin bedroom on the lower-ground floor with its own TV. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath. A separate WC sits on the ground floor.

Bowness-on-Windermere is 1.5 miles away. Hill Top (Beatrix Potter's house) is 5 miles away (12 mins). Grizedale Forest is accessible via the Bowness car ferry. Ambleside is 4 miles away (10 mins).
