We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The location in Windermere was a reason for us to choose them. Shops and pubs are within easy walking distance and are ideal as a starting point for all our activities in the Lake District. The apartment is spacious, bright, cozy and the rooms are very spacious. The kitchen is a bit tight, but it has everything you could need, including washing machine. We enjoyed our time there very much and will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was such a welcoming, cosy place and was stocked up with all that you need. Checkin was very straightforward, the flat is in a great location and is such a lovely place to come back to after a long hiking day. I would definitely stay again!
This was our second stay at Raffleys. Its a very well appointed, spacious and comfortable place to stay, and perfectly positioned for access to facilities and trips around the Lake District. Had a great stay, only marred by the constant rain but then, its the Lake District for a reason!
Great location, close to everything in Windermere but still very quiet. Spacious, comfortable and well set up inside. Only negative is the on site parking is very tight.

A fantastic flat! Really spacious and comfortable with great facilities. It is also well soundproofed so little noise from other flats or the main road. There are two flights of stairs to get up to the first floor, but these are inside the property. Thanks to the owners for being so accommodating to us during an extended stay we really appreciate it. The property was very nice, but we could not understand why there was no frying pan available in the kitchen, never experienced that. We thought there should have been window blinds in the lounge area. But overall it was a very comfortable and well situated property.
Fantastic apartment. 2nd time of using. Perfect location so close to Windermere but quiet. Inside clean, well presented and well equipped. If i had one comment to make, the outside is a little scruffy due to the lower apartment looking empty. If Raffley's had an outside area or balcony to relax chill it would be perfect.

The place is just beautiful rooms are huge and spacious, decorated with a lovely modern touch. The apartment is extremely clean and very well equipped. In terms of location, just a short walk from Windermere city center.

Me and my busband stayed at Raffleys for a week in mid May. The appartment is absolutely lovely, was very clean and has everything you need. The bed was so comfortable, the appartment is very large but the lounge is so cozy with comfortable sofas, you can just relax and chill We really enjoyed our week and would highly recommend. We will definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful property with large, bright and airy rooms. Well equipped modern kitchen with everything you could need including a coffee machine if you decide to eat in. The bedrooms were really spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The whole property is decorated beautifully and is in a perfect location plenty of lovely restaurants and pubsbars right on your doorstep. We ate in the Italian on the corner and it was gorgeous. The lake was a 1520 minute walk away which was perfect for us. Would highly recommend this property and we would absolutely love to come back and stay here again.

Very well refurbished lots of space. Lots of dust on the bathroom and toilet floor dont think they had been cleaned. Glass cupboard in kitchen could do with a clean. Other than that we were very happy with the flat.. Thank you.. Bernie McDonnell.
We had a lovely stay at Raffleys, the apartment is very spacious and we were all very comfortable. It is beautifully furnished and we loved the window seats! It is well placed for all the areas we wanted to visit and only a very short walk into Windermere centre with all the shops and restaurants. We would love to stay again when we next visit the Lake District
Lovely apartment with good sized rooms. Great location. Current roadworks are an inconvenience but not a major problem.

The property was in a very convenient position only 3 mins walk into Windermere village. On arrival at the property the house appeared a bit run down from the outside. But on entering the 1st floor property it was very stylish and very clean with all the amenities you would need. However despite our stay during the mild weather the back bedroom and living room were cold rooms until the heating which was on a timer came on. The security light outside the property only comes on when you are close to the front door so very dark on approach at night. There is also no outside seating area for the summer months. Despite being a beautifully furnished property we probably wouldnt return because of the few issues we had.
Thank you very much for a lovely stay in the heart of the Lake District. The property is cosy, welcoming and has everything you need. Checkin instructions are clear which is useful as I might have missed the turning!. And the gentleman I met forgive me I have forgotten his name was pleasant and gave good recommendations for food and drink places. Overall 1010, will recommend to friends, thanks very much!
