Broad Larch Lodge is a solid choice for couples wanting a Lake District base with real comfort. The king-size master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. The south-west facing private decking is ideal for evening meals outside. Bowness restaurants, lake cruises and fell walks are all within easy reach.
Pet Friendly
Dogs are not permitted inside Broad Larch Lodge. This is a strict no-dog property. Fallbarrow Park does allow dogs on the wider park grounds but they must remain on leads at all times and cannot be left unattended in any lodge on the park.

Does this cottage have a hot tub?
Broad Larch Lodge does not have a hot tub. The lodge does offer a private fenced decking area with outdoor seating for six people on a sunny south-west facing aspect.
Is it pet friendly?
Dogs are not permitted at Broad Larch Lodge. Fallbarrow Park does allow dogs on the wider park but they must be kept on leads at all times and cannot be left alone in lodges.
How many does the lodge sleep?
The lodge sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. There is a king-size master bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
What bathrooms are there?
The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with a corner thermostatic shower, hand basin and toilet. There is also a family bathroom with an over-bath thermostatic shower and screen, hand basin and toilet.
Is there parking at the lodge?
Parking for two to three cars is available immediately in front of the lodge with additional off-road parking available on the resort. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at the lodge; the nearest charging point is at Booths Supermarket in Windermere.
What facilities are available on the park?
Fallbarrow Park has an on-site bar and restaurant, arcade, children's play area, multisports court, SPAR shop, beer garden, picnic area and woodland walks. A gym and indoor pool are also available at the resort though additional fees may apply.
What is the WiFi like at the lodge?
The lodge has limited WiFi access suitable for browsing and emails. It is not intended for high data usage, gaming or business use and bookings cannot be accepted from guests solely reliant on uninterrupted or unlimited internet access.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The park entrance gates are locked at midnight so guests arriving after midnight will need to contact the night warden.
