Excellent accomodation nothing short of amazing Everything you wanted with both the lodge and the facilities on the park. The Willows lovely pub and restaurants covering all tastes. We will be back

We have stayed at Broad Arch Lodge 5 or 6 times and we have metspoken to the owner too who has great customer care skills and looks after the Lodge herself. The Lodge is quite excellent. Superbly equipped. Clean. Very comfortable. Spacious. Perfect. Everything you need is available. Room for two cars or three on a short term basis if a visitor arrives. So close to Bowness for pubsrestaurantsshops etc. The Park is lovely tooruns down directly to the Lake.

Beautiful lodge , can't fault in anyway . Decor & soft furnishings all home from home . Cleanliness spot on . Proximity to town is great

Really loved the lodge, excellent location for the Lakes. Well fitted out with all you would need. Comfortable and a lovely quite location. Bowness is just a 2 min walk away, so for shops and leisure you don't have to drive. It is spacious and ample for the 5 of us that stayed there. We would certainly go again.

We had a lovely weeks stay, home from home. We've stayed on the park many times before but this was our first time booking through sykes cottages and staying at broad Larch. Such a cosy lodge, perfect location and very spacious. We can't wait to come back!

I have never stayed in a lodge before but would have no hesitation about booking Broad Larch again. Everything about it was excellent it was clean, very comfortable and provided everything you could possibly need.

Perfect lodge in a perfect location! My husband, myself and 3 teenagers look forward to returning again to stay in this beautiful, well equipped, cosy, clean and extremely comfortable lodge. If you're looking for a holiday with breath taking views then grab your walking boots head off to Broad Larch Lodge and explore the many wonderful walks to be had. The lodge was lovely, spacious and clean. Everything you needed already provided in the kitchen, they included a high for us which was very handy. The close proximity to the lake and town was perfect so you dont have to drive everywhere. We will definitely be booking again.

The lodge was very clean and homely. It had everything we needed and more. We are a family of 4 adults and it was perfect for our Christmas getaway. The location is a stone's throw from the centre of Bowness on Windermere which was ideal. Very relaxing week which was just what we needed. Communication with Kim was excellent. The goodies which we were greeted to went down very well. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to come back.

This was our 2nd time visiting the lodge and wont be the last. The lodge has everything you could ask for whether that be a full entertainment package through the tv if the weather restricts your outdoor activities to having excellent cooking facilities to prepare large meals if you choose to dine in. 6 adults on this occasion and not once did we feel in each others space, thank you.

Second visit to this beautiful lodge which is a good size, lovely and warm, well furnished and immaculately clean. Welcome pack very much appreciated. Would fully recommend.

We had a fantastic week at this beautiful lodge. Daughter Son in law and two grandson's joined us Friday and Saturday and they loved it too. We have been staying in Bowness since 1989 and this is now one of our favourites and will definitely be back. Thanks for an amazing time.

We had another great visit to Broad Larch. Lodge is kept to a very high standard. Thank you for the welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and wine. We were able to use the facilities at Choices health club this time which we really enjoyed. Thanks again

This was certainly a home from home, everything you needed. Furniture and furnishings along with crockery all to a very high standard I love forward to being able to stay again soon

Our 2nd visit in this amazing lodge!

Such a beautiful lodge , this was our second stay after we fell in love with it last year . The attention to detail is outstanding , the welcoming gift of biscuits and wine is much appreciated. Everything you could ever need is there including some toys and games also books for adults.

Thank you for a lovely stay, the lodge was beautiful, clean comfortable, beautifully decorated everything you would want was taken care of. Site was lovely clean. Had an issue with loud music from next door, this was promptly taken care of no problems after that. Close to the shops and surrounding area. Would not hesitate to recommend

Myself and my 2 brothers loved the lodge and all the trimmings. We are already talking about coming back next year. Obviously, the gorgeous weather helped. Chilling on the veranda in the sun was so relaxing. Thank you.

A lovely lodge with excellent facilities. It was really nice to arrive to a pint of milk, teabags and biscuits a lovely touch. The rooms all have tvs and with it's own wifi the kids were happy. We chose this one as we needed a bigger lodge this time and would definitely again should the need arise. One of the best we have stayed in and we have been a few times.

What a beautiful Lodge. You have literally catered for everyone. We can't wait to come back and will definitely be booking this lodge again. It was like a home from home set in beautiful surroundings.

Amazing thank you so so much, I've been staying at the site since I was little and brought my husband before we got married, our friends and now our little boy, but the lodge was absolutely perfect!

We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at this really beautiful lodge. Fantastic location, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you need, a true home from home. The owner has thought of absolutely everything you need and more. Very much appreciated the little welcome pack of tea, coffee biscuits etc... as well. We loved it so much that we didn't want to leave and will definitely be returning next year for certain. We were also blessed with fantastic weather which made our holiday that bit more special. What a beautiful lodge. Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could need. Within walking distance of Bowness and everything this charming town has to offer. No need to use the car as could use boat or bus if needed. I would recommend Mountain Goat tours who will pick up ftom Fallbarrow Park. So much to do there so will need to come back. I did notice in previous reviews a few people mentioned the low corner sofa and I'd have to agree that it could prove awkward on the neck to watch tv. I would suggest perhaps the tv has a bracket that allows it to tilt forward. Besides that I couldn't fault a thing and had a lovely time.

Beautiful lodge. Loved the little welcome pack. Really thoughtful. We've Booked again it's so nice. Highly recommend. Apart from being a great lodge the location was superb. Handy to everywhere. Plus a new spar has been built right next door which is a plus.

Wow we were blown away by this stunning lodge . Everything about it inside and out was perfect . Classy, comfortable ,clean , toys , games , great location everything you could possibly want or need was included. It feels private with a hedge at front . The owners had left a welcome pack of tea coffee biscuits, a lovely touch which made us feel very welcome. Just a heads up that both fridge and freezer were turned off so we turned them on and key code hadnt been scrambled when we arrived. We cannot wait to return
