We had a lovely Christmas

Been in this place before and looks like it's been upgraded slightly. Bathroom and living room, kitchen great. Plenty room. The bedroom is slightly small with no storage for suitcases so they had to go in the car once emptied but not a big problem. The bed is a double so not big enough for us. I like a king. Location is fab. Liked the garden for the dog.

This is ideal for a couple with or without a dog , very close to the town , its well kitted out , shops bus stops nearby , its the third time weve stayed and are due a fourth next spring . Very helpful owners if needed , own parking space , weve never had a bad stay , rain or shine .never used the car theres no need. A nice welcoming gift on arrival, its warm and cosy and so ideal for the area ,one again top marks all round , thanks to Michael .

We had a great weeks holiday,2nd visit this year. The property had every thing you needed, it was clean and cosy.A kind gesture was left for us a bottle of wine and cake,parking space too. we where in walking distance to lake windmere, local shops and pubs. Within driving distance to different fells . Check out the local fells Trout beck tongue was a lovely walk and the views where amazing .

Took a while to get used to the washing machine and induction hob as both were not what we were familiar with . My wife didnt find the hair drier until the fourth day. in general the property fulfilled our needs and location was perfect.

Third time staying at this lovely little apartment, it has everything you need for a week away. Ideally situated for hikes and a minutes walk into bowness, your own parking space and a little garden area which is ideal for my dog! Thank you again, should hopefully be back again next year!

Lovely place to stay, perfect for two people and a small dog, has everything you need and we were welcomed with a lovely bottle of red wine and some local biscuits plus a range of tea and coffee. Its nicely set back away from the bustle of the main road but only a short walk to all the pubs and boat cruises.

Our stay at this delightful studio apartment was perfect. The apartment had everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and the owner Mike certainly made sure of that. There was even a courtyard with table & 2 chairs to sit and relax. If you didnt want to travel out of Bowness every was on your doorstep Pubs, shops & lake. The ground floor apartment was situated across the road from Spar garage which had a great butchers. We would definitely book a stay here again & we even had good weather!

Absolutely beautiful little flat. Very modern and fully equipped. Above all, it was so cosy and we felt very much at home. Perfect location for town and lake. Parking spot, which is gold in Bowness. A lovely, immaculate, well equipped flat with an invaluable parking space, enclosed patiogarden, and 23 minutes level walk into Bowness centre ! Perfect ! The kind, helpful owners had left a lovely welcome tray as well much appreciated! If only the weather had been half as good ! However, the flat was so comfortable and pleasant, it was lovely spending time indoors! Booking it again, hoping for better weather .

This was our third stay at Parkview, we love it. So close to lake, pubs restaurants shops. Lovely and quiet on an evening and a small garden for your four legged friend, also a parking space. Needless to say we'll be back again thank you to hosts for welcome pack much appreciated .

Stayed here again after staying last summer, its just the most ideal spot, your own parking space, got all the essentials and the bottle of wine and biscuits is always lovely. Very ideal for me and my dog, just a nice amount of space for us, Im sure Ill be back again next summer!

The only fault we found was the bedroom space only one bedside table not two and one small wardrobe, the double bed was small,this mybe because of the room size it would only take that size bed 4' not 4'6 otherwise very clean with clean with all you needed for cooking etc.

This property has everything you need for a great week in Bowness . It has a superb location . Very short easy access to all shops , Pubs and Restaurants . Easy location to do lots of walks too . Highly recommended .

Perfect! The apartment is small but has everything you need. Very clean and perfectly located. A 3 minute walk into the centre with lovely shops,pubs and restaurants. Lovely walks from the doorstep too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park view. Just a couple of things but they are definitely not negatives.the door opens straight onto a light coloured carpet and it was quite difficult trying to keep off the carpet while drying the dog and trying to remove muddy boots without stepping on the carpet. We were worried about getting it dirty but I think we did ok! We also couldnt find any instructions regarding rubbish or the WiFi password but we figured it out in the end. Despite that, we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend

The location was a perfect base for everything we needed Bowness has everything you could need and more all within a few minutes walking. There was a thoughtful welcome pack that included wine, brownies, tea and coffee which was a pleasant surprise. The property was very clean and well equipped with everything you might need including DVDs and for those that might prefer to cook rather than eat out the kitchen has everything. However theres so many great places we ate out, we had no reason to cook. The shower room is very cold, there is a blow heater but didnt really do much it was winter and the mattress was very firm for us. But the bed itself was good quality. We decided not to bring our dog which was probably for the best as the space is adequate but not really big enough for a dog. We thoroughly recommend this flat for a week at The Lakes and would book again!
