Park View a comfortable apartment on the edge of Bowness. Handy for restaurants, pubs and shops the nearby Spar shop was a surprise for choice and quality. This was my 3rd visit and I would expect to visit again.

We had a lovely Christmas

Been in this place before and looks like it's been upgraded slightly. Bathroom and living room, kitchen great. Plenty room. The bedroom is slightly small with no storage for suitcases so they had to go in the car once emptied but not a big problem. The bed is a double so not big enough for us. I like a king. Location is fab. Liked the garden for the dog.

The property was as described in the listing. Ideal for a couple, warm, clean and comfortable with a good sized shower room. Just a short walk into Bowness town centre and close to many other amenities. A generous welcome pack was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and well maintained property everything you needed on hand,A bit compact bedroom space wise . Very close to centre of Bowness and nearby shops I would recommend a stay here , Bottle of wine and cakes left by owners again much appreciated

Lovely little cottage very clean and cosy. Close to all amenities short walk to the lake. Enclosed garden for our little dog. Enjoyed our stay very much

This is ideal for a couple with or without a dog , very close to the town , its well kitted out , shops bus stops nearby , its the third time weve stayed and are due a fourth next spring . Very helpful owners if needed , own parking space , weve never had a bad stay , rain or shine .never used the car theres no need. A nice welcoming gift on arrival, its warm and cosy and so ideal for the area ,one again top marks all round , thanks to Michael .

We had a great weeks holiday,2nd visit this year. The property had every thing you needed, it was clean and cosy.A kind gesture was left for us a bottle of wine and cake,parking space too. we where in walking distance to lake windmere, local shops and pubs. Within driving distance to different fells . Check out the local fells Trout beck tongue was a lovely walk and the views where amazing .

Took a while to get used to the washing machine and induction hob as both were not what we were familiar with . My wife didnt find the hair drier until the fourth day. in general the property fulfilled our needs and location was perfect.

All good. Good location. Near the main town. Parking right outside the flat, and a convenient shaded garden which was very welcomed in the hot weather we had there. Will hopefully visit again.

Third time staying at this lovely little apartment, it has everything you need for a week away. Ideally situated for hikes and a minutes walk into bowness, your own parking space and a little garden area which is ideal for my dog! Thank you again, should hopefully be back again next year!

Lovely place to stay, perfect for two people and a small dog, has everything you need and we were welcomed with a lovely bottle of red wine and some local biscuits plus a range of tea and coffee. Its nicely set back away from the bustle of the main road but only a short walk to all the pubs and boat cruises.

Our stay at this delightful studio apartment was perfect. The apartment had everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and the owner Mike certainly made sure of that. There was even a courtyard with table & 2 chairs to sit and relax. If you didnt want to travel out of Bowness every was on your doorstep Pubs, shops & lake. The ground floor apartment was situated across the road from Spar garage which had a great butchers. We would definitely book a stay here again & we even had good weather!

We had a fantastic weeks stay at this property. Well equiped, clean, tidy very comfortable. We where left a bottle of wine and some lovely chocolate biscuits.Which I thought that was a really kind, thank you very much. We where very close to lake windmere and other places, local pubs and resturants by. we did a lot of walking up the mountains, the wheather was great.we are hoping to book agan soon.Brilliant Holiday !!

A wonderful stay in a wonderful property. This is our second stay & we cant recommend highly enough. The location is wonderful & the property is equipped with everything you could need & more. We mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary & were delighted to find that the owners had arrange a wonderful surprise for us on our arrival. Would recommend this property to anyone & without doubt well be back.

Absolutely beautiful little flat. Very modern and fully equipped. Above all, it was so cosy and we felt very much at home. Perfect location for town and lake. Parking spot, which is gold in Bowness. Lovely gift of wine and cake from the owner, who is a lovely man. Cannot fault this. We will be back.

A lovely comfortable flat. The small things made a difference to the holiday i.e the heater in the bathroom, a shower caddy for storing toiletries, the welcome pack, tea, salt and vinegar etc. Thank you we had an amazing week.

Lovely appartment , nicely done out , everything needed inside for cooking washing etc , easy check in , car was parked all week never used , ideal for 2 , nice hot shower , nice relaxing outdoor seating , close to town and pubs , nice touch of a welcome pack wine cake etc , we had a very chilled week there , no complaints at all , pleasant informative owners , i have been visiting the lakes for the last 42 yrs and seeing prices rise and rise year in year this dwelling comes highly recommended indeed , great value , top class all round

A lovely, immaculate, well equipped flat with an invaluable parking space, enclosed patiogarden, and 23 minutes level walk into Bowness centre ! Perfect ! The kind, helpful owners had left a lovely welcome tray as well much appreciated! If only the weather had been half as good ! However, the flat was so comfortable and pleasant, it was lovely spending time indoors! Booking it again, hoping for better weather .

This was our third stay at Parkview, we love it. So close to lake, pubs restaurants shops. Lovely and quiet on an evening and a small garden for your four legged friend, also a parking space. Needless to say we'll be back again thank you to hosts for welcome pack much appreciated .

Stayed here again after staying last summer, its just the most ideal spot, your own parking space, got all the essentials and the bottle of wine and biscuits is always lovely. Very ideal for me and my dog, just a nice amount of space for us, Im sure Ill be back again next summer!

Had a great week's stay at Park View, very clean and tidy, close to lake and local travel and all pubs, restaurants etc. I would recommend Sykes update the pictures as the appartment looks nothing like the ones shown, is very modern and bright. Would recommend and would stay here again.

The only fault we found was the bedroom space only one bedside table not two and one small wardrobe, the double bed was small,this mybe because of the room size it would only take that size bed 4' not 4'6 otherwise very clean with clean with all you needed for cooking etc.

This property has everything you need for a great week in Bowness . It has a superb location . Very short easy access to all shops , Pubs and Restaurants . Easy location to do lots of walks too . Highly recommended .

We were very happy with Park View. Easy parking and minutes from Windermere Lake. The accommodation was very comfortable. It had everything you could possibly need and it was all very good quality. The welcome gifts were greatly appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. Excellent!

What a great apartment everything you needed. Ideal location , once car parked it was parked. The surprise welcome pack was lovely. Will cwrtainly be back.

Lovely accommodation very well situated for shops, pubs,cinema and all amenities, 10 minutes walking distance to everything you need including bus stop all surrounding area. Highly recommend would definitely return.

We had a lovely time at Park View. The cake and wine was a really lovely gesture on arrival and the apartment, though quite compact, was decorated beautifully and was really cozy. For ease of access to the centre of Bowness on Windermere, you couldn't get better. I would definitely recommend to others. Thank you.
