For Couples

Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms make Daffodils Lodge well suited to a couples' break. The private gated deck with lake glimpses is ideal for evenings outdoors. Bowness village is a 0.2-mile walk with restaurants, pubs and lake cruises. Several guests have celebrated honeymoons here.

Pet Friendly

Daffodils Lodge does not accept pets. This applies to the lodge and Fallbarrow Park as a whole. If you are travelling with a dog you will need to look at alternative properties in the area.

The lodge sleeps four guests across two double bedrooms. The master has an ensuite shower room and the second bedroom is served by a family bathroom.

Where exactly is the lodge located?

Daffodils Lodge is on Fallbarrow Park in the Oakside area, just 0.2 miles from Bowness-on-Windermere village centre. The park sits right on the shores of Lake Windermere.

Is there parking at the lodge?

Yes, there is off-road parking for two cars at the lodge. Note that electric vehicle charging at the lodge is not permitted the nearest EV charging point is at Booths Supermarket in Windermere.

The park has a bar and restaurant (Willow Tree), a shop and deli, an indoor pool, gym, playground, arcades, woodland walks and a multisports court. Complimentary access to leisure facilities is provided but can be withdrawn at any time.

There are four steps to access the lodge from outside. Once inside, everything is on a single storey with no internal steps, which suits most guests well.
