We stayed here for 4 nights with our two boys 6&12 we adored the accomodation next to the beck, it was so quiet but do much on your doorstep also. We will definitely return

Excellent accommodation, Magnificent location on the park a beautifully presented lodge,with everything needed for your stay ample space & extremely comfortable bed. Would recommend this lodge to all.

What an absolutely gorgeous cabin. Extremely clean, very modern and such a sun trap on the decking. So relaxing having breakfast outside with just the sound of the river and the birds. Washing machine a bonus if you need it. We have been to this particular park 5 years, this cabin by far was the best. Will definitely be booking again for our next anniversary.

Had a lovely 5 day break at Comraich last week. This lodge is beautiful, very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Yes the TV is a bit basic with not being a smart tv but we coped. The decking is spacious and the furniture out there extremely comfortable. We dropped lucky with the weather for a couple of days and it was the perfect setting to enjoy the sunshine and watch the occasional fighter jets flying overhead. Was so lovely having the bifold doors open all day. Saw a doe and stag on the field across the brook each morning and lots of birds and ducks. Overall we, and our dog, had a fabulous time and think I have found my favourite spot on Limefitt Park stayed in a few lodges there over the years. Have booked to stay again later in the year and so looking forward to it.

Lodge was mostly clean however the front door held rainwater which leaked onto the floor when opening to enter. The paint behind the door was bubbling and peeling off and very unsightly . We had to constantly mop the hallway floor and the doormat was soaking wet. The TV in the living room was barely watchable as it pixilated constantly making it impossible to watch or hear anything. The rest of the lodge was clean and well equipped but would recommend a more reliable TV .

I have stayed in limefit on numerous occasions and this one fell short of the ... I have stayed in limefit on numerous occasions and this one fell short of the others all the door is chipped and doesnt close properly without a good pull looks very scruffy for the price we paid No smart tv which is disappointing for 5 star, the tv kept going silent,and you would have to switch channels for it to come back on no tv in the twin room No dishwasher which is a first for me and the overall cleaning of the property wasnt great toilets all black across the top with mould, dusty plenty of spider webs, overall was reasonable comfortable but I dont think 5 star unfortunately

We had a lovely week in this very welcoming and well appointed lodge. It was great to be able to bring the dogs as well. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Wonderful Lodge and in the most beautiful setting on Limefitt Park, the Lodge was perfect for us and our little dog and he was safe to roam on the decking area which was completely secure, lots of extras provided by owner ie tea, coffee, sugar, bin bags, tea towel, dishcloths, washing up liquid, soap and toilet rolls which is a nice touch, quality bedding and towels all M & S, the duvet on the double bed could be a bit bigger but the bed was incredibly comfy perfect for us, we did have a slight issue as the washing machine broke when we used it after a day getting absolutely soaked though but rang Sykes Cottages and they acted promptly and confirmed that the washer was beyond repair but managed to open it so we could retrieve our wet washing, we would 100 return we loved it that much.

Lovely lodge with beautiful views! Short drive or a nice ramble to Windermere. We were treated, most days, to low flying aircraft. Which for us was amazing but others may wish to find out if there are any exercises happening near by before booking. On site the first night we were greeted with free roaming sheep with lambs. The deck gets sun all day and there is patio furniture available to enjoy the sunshine and views outside. We would definitely recommend and would book this lodge again in the future.

Lodge is in a fantastic location at the side of a stream with beautiful views. Peaceful scenic position yet a short drive from Windermere, Bowness and Ambleside. Two good pubs for food within walking distance. Comfortable beds and lounge area. Good kitchen facilities. Decoration tired in areasplaster broken off the wall near the front door. Cleaning ok but not spotlessdust on skirting boards, black on shower doors. Overall enjoyed the holiday and definitely would return to the location.

Lovely, cosy accommodation with all we needed for a weekend away with the kids. Could have happily stayed longer.

We have just spent two weeks in Comraich and what a brilliant time we had . Beautiful position with fabulous views and the relaxing sound of the brook . Plenty of space inside for two plus our dog but would comfortably hold 4 humans and two dogs . Spotlessly clean on arrival with high quality towels and all the facilities you need for comfort and convenience . It was great to sit on the extremely comfortable seating on the decking and enjoy the sunshine this time . So handy for excellent pubs and restaurants incl one on site . Altogether a fantastic lodge to spend quality time in Lakes . This was our second visit and we are returning in May cant wait !

Pictures actually didnt do it justice! The plot was super private so we could enjoy the enclosed deck. Would highly recommend as it felt like home from home.

Lovely property set in stunning surroundings. Instructions were clear on how to reach the property. The property has everything you need for a great holiday. It was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. The maintenance team were excellent when we had a few very minor issues. I would highly recommend this property and wed love to come back. We didnt want to leave!

Amazing lodge very clean and very comfortable perfect for 2 Adults and 2 dogs. This is a comment for the park we got there the grass had just been cut it was everywhere all over the lovely veranda all over your shoes.

Absolutely wonderful cabin. So lovely to have the water running alongside the property. Extremely clean and spacious, well equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor area. Highly recommend.

Just back from an amazing week staying at Comraich. Comraich provided us with a fantastic base to explore all we love about the Lakes and have us the peace and tranquility we son needed to relax and unwind. Our boys, 3 and 6 absolutely loved the freedom too. The lodge is very well equipped and decorated to a high standard. And after 3 nights camping we were delighted to be sleeping in such comfortable beds. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely gorgeous lodge in a beautiful location. In our opinion, Comraich Lodge is just perfect. On arrival, we found the lodge in immaculate condition housekeeping should be congratulated, very well stocked with absolutely everything we could possibly have needed, the beds and sofa were comfortable for us, and the internet connection was fine throughout our stay. Comraichs location, adjacent to the beck with the beautiful Lakeland scenery beyond, was wonderful we loved relaxing on the decking listening to the rushing water and watching the ducks and ducklings pass by. We will most definitely be returning to Comraich soon.

Again no toilet paper. Such a small item but necessary. Overall a perfect lodge, both for space facilities and views.

Very clean well equip lodge in a lovely peaceful location. We would definitely book this lodge again. Everyone has preferences in comfort for us the shower cubicle was small but there is another shower over bathtub and the settees are very low but there are some high dining chairs but just to note these were the only small issues we found for our preference.

WE HAD A MOST LOVELY STAY AT COMRAICH LODGE AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN THE LODGE IS IN A BEAUTIFUL PEACEFUL LOCATION YET SO CLOSE TO WINDERMERE AND BOWNESS, IT HAD EVERYTHING WE COULD POSSIBLY NEED, AND SO TASTEFULLY FITTED OUT AND FURNISHED. THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE WE BOTH SLEPT VERY WELL. WILL DEFINITELY BE RECOMMENDING TO OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Our holiday Lodge was just as advertised, good area location for our visit to the lakes with many areas easy to get to and great walks right from base. The lodge it self is situated next to the beck with lovely views. It was well equipped comfortable and cosy, and when the sun shone the seating areas outside were lovely.

Very disappointed on the internet connection, which we understand is the parks responsibly. We knew from reviews that it wasnt good, but the week we were there it was non existent.

The property and setting was lovely, our first visit to the Lakes, wont be our last, my only negative feedback and something really small would be the towels, the bath towel was really quite small for an adult and the double bed could probably do with a king size duvet as we was always pulling it off each other, but a really lovely property

We arrived for our xmas holiday at the lodge to find a poor level of cleanliness, beds not made properly, we had to re wash surfaces and crockery, as we have stayed in 5 different lodges on this lovely park we feel sorry to have to report this , regards j&t

This was our second holiday in Comraich and the lodge was as lovely as ever. Comfortable clean and warm and despite the atrocious weather we enjoyed our week. The only recommendation I would make is that the catch on the gate should be replaced. It is rusty and difficult to close properly, especially so with arthritic fingers! The catch was not good when we stayed in 2019. A minor niggle, but important when taking dogs and keeping them safely enclosed. Comraich comes highly recommended by us and we hope to be able to visit again in the future.
