Absolutely superb property couldnt fault it . Excellent location and views.

Berkeley House is a stunning property, ideally situated just a five minute stroll to the heart of Bowness , it is spotlessly clean and is of top specification all around the home , we stayed for a week and found nothing not to like , highly recommended .

Another fabulous stay at Berkeley House great location and wonderful views from the balcony. Perfect to relax after a long day on the hills in such a comfortable yet stylish property.

We loved this property. Everything was of a very high specification. Otto the general manager was always available at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Congratulations Cassius, youve got it spot on with this accommodation.

What can I say to sum up the most perfect week away in your luxury home. Everything we could wish for was catered for the house is immaculate and we couldnt find fault with anything. The decor is gorgeous and the views of the lake are beautiful. The home even offers 2 decking areas to sit and have breakfast or drinks in the evening. Also in the centre of town just another plus to this fantastic holiday home. Thank you Otto and team for making our week away top class.

We had a lovely timestay at Berkeley House, just a 5 minute walk into Bowness, the house had everything we needed and was very comfortable, we will definitely be returning, hopefully next year, the views from the upstairs decking area were stunning, it was lovely to sit outside and take in the amazing tranquil views, the location was fabulous and close by to all amenities, it really was a beautiful place, although we didnt need Otto, we received a lovely welcome message on our first day of arrival to introduce himself and if we needed anything to get in touch with him. We all had a lovely stay thank you very much

A truly exceptional property! We recently enjoyed a short break at Berkely House and cannot say enough about the attention that has been given to every single detail. The decor is stunning, the furniture so comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything you would need, luxurious bathrooms...and spotlessly clean. The location is great, just being a short walk into Bowness. Great views of the lake too. Highly recommended and will definitely book again.

Phil & Rebecca are super responsive hosts both before and during the stay. Berkeley House is a beautiful and comfortable home in a superb location only a few minutes walk from the lake. Phil and Rebeccas fabulous attention to detail does not disappoint from the interior layout and positioning of glazing to frame the amazing view to quality furnishings, bedding, towels and toiletries. The outdoor spaces are super too, just needed a little sunshine. They have literally thought of everything. Thank you for the welcome gift too. Hope to be back soon.
