Fantastic log cabin. Absolutely spotless . Situated in a secluded part of the site . Nice sitting area protected by a hedge . A hot tub and it would be absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend .

Lodge is absolutely perfect, can tell a lot of love was put into it! From the moment we arrived we had someone round check wifi making sure it was all working no issues for us. Lodge is well equipped and had everything we needed. We didnt eat in the lodge but there was a ton of cutleryplates etc. would happily book again very homely lodge. I also had two children with me who loved it, 5 min walk to centre and to the lake!
Very comfortable Lodge in a quiet area close to Bowness. The bus stop was a 5 minute walk away with buses every 20 minutes to the interchange at Windermere station.

This is our second time staying at beech grove and well definitely be staying again! Its clean, spacious, cosy and in a perfect location! Fallbarrow is also a great place to stay as its on the lake with beautiful views and its very close to the town centre, would definitely recommend.

Cannot fault this accommodate! Definitely delivered what it said on the tin!

Absolutely stunning lodge. Everything was perfect. The location, cleanliness, comfort, storage etc. Weve stayed at Fallbarrow for many years and this was the best accommodation weve ever had. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again.
This was our second Christmas at Beech Grove Lodge and again, it did not disappoint. It is a home away from home. The location could not be better and the lodge has everything you need and more for a truly wonderful week away. We will undoubtedly be booking again soon for our third visit!

Lovely lodge perfect location 5 minute walk into Bowness. Nothing negative to say in fact we have booked to go again for 5 nights this time instead of 3 !

The lodge was clean and tidy and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, right on the lake, and a great base to explore from. A short walk from Bowness, which has a great range of shops and restaurants, and also the lake tour. We took advantage of the Choices Health Club which was a nice addition to the usual facilities. Allin, a great first trip to the Lake District.

Everything was very good, the lodge had everything needed for a lovely stay in a great area. The lodge was very clean, not dust free but that was not a problem. The outside area would benefit from a little attention but again this did not cause any problems. all in all a lovely lodge provided a good base for a really enjoyable break
The only fault I can come up with, And its not a big one would be the WiFi, fortunately the site WiFi was available albeit a bit more fiddly. Great holiday would do again. The Site, The Location, all awesome.
A real find for our stay in the Lake District. I needed a property suitable for my parents and this didn't disappoint. Lovely clean, warm and homely property. Had everything to make our stay comfortable whilst also in a great location. Would certainly book and visit again

The lodge was exactly as listed and very close to all amenities locally which we already knew hence my site selection we had a issue with the water boiler on arrival , and the owner site management was amazing within a hour of our call the engineer had been and fixed it and gone just what you need , faults happen in life but the way they dealt with is was 1010 thankyou if you want a lodge thats spotless clean , close to bowness walking 4mins this is a excellent choice thankyou

We had a lovely time staying at Beech Grove and would definitely book again. Ideal location for visiting Beatrix Potter world if travelling with children literally a 5 minute walk from the lodge. At first, the lodge was extremely cold and we were arriving with small children. However, had no issues during our stay once we resolved issue very cosy actually once the heating was on November stay. Beds very comfortable, bath in main bathroom ideal again for small children. Coffee machine in kitchen Dolce Gusto if you happen to enjoy a good coffee and have the pods we did not bring any pods. Overall, happy with our stay!
The lodge was fabulous thank you, we had a great weekend.

Lovely lodge, very clean and everything you need is there. Only issue was when we arrived it was freezing. Heating wasnt on even down low. We had to turn it on and go to pub til it heated up. Was actually warmer outside! But after that it was lovely and warm, Also we didnt seem to be able to turn off individual radiators as I like a cold bedroom. It was on or off! Enjoyed our stay as always, but the price has increased hugely, so not sure if we will book again . Thank you
This was our first trip to the lakes, and the beech grove had everything we could have needed. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return in the near future. The lodge was comfortable and clean and located in a private quiet section of the park with entranceexit being a short walk away to head towards the shops. I would definitely recommend this place if visiting the area.
Having previously stayed at Fallbarrow a number of times direct with Parkdean. This time we selected Beech Lodge Grove through Sykes Holiday Cottages. The property was clean, tidy and was located in a quiet area of the park. The beds were super comfy including the pillows. Everything we needed in the lodge was provided including fluffy towels. The lodge was a good size for our party of 3 adults only 5 mins walk from the on site shop and pub. I would definitely recommend the lodge and hope to return in the future.
Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return.

A lovely stay very clean and comfortable in a lovely location will definitely come back

No wifi internet access for entire stay and plagued by ants on kitchen worktops and in drawersCutlery and pots and pans washed each time before use because of ant issue. Sykes team contacted and although maintenance attended unable to solve either issue. No anti scald device in main bathroom for shower. Wooden outside furniture had seen better days and was not used although wicker furniture was nice. Lodge itself as far general cleanliness and location was good except for the insect and wifi issues as already stated.
This is a lovely lodge in a very quiet and flat position on the park . There is everything you need for a stay and it is beautifully decorated, but I would suggest new pillows for the beds.
We had a great time in your property. .. Location was great and the cabinlodge itself, excellent. Spacious, nicely decorated and with all the accessories needed... Having a smart TV integrated into the livingkitchen area is perfect. Bathroomensuite clean and bedrooms comfortable! Thank you.
Beech Grove was a lovely, comfortable, spotless lodge. Plenty room for 4 adults. Good size bedrooms with plenty storage. Not too far from the park entrance and a short walk to shops & resteraunts. We would definitely stay here again.
We had the most wonderful break at Beech Grove lodge. The property was spotless upon arrival and we had all the amenities needed in order to make it a stressfree family Christmas. The location couldnt be any better we thoroughly enjoyed a Christmas Day walk to the lake which is within strolling distance and then a visit to the Peter Rabbit exhibition on Boxing Day. Our 2 year old had the best time and loved every minute. We would highly recommend stopping here and we hope to book again soon!

Beautiful facility. It was a holiday for a Ukrainian family I am hosting and I wanted them to experience the tranquility of the lakes after the trauma they experienced in Ukraine. It was perfect. Slight problem obtaining WiFi password but quickly and efficiently resolved by help desk. We loved it, especially Zlata who loved feeding the ducks but not so much the geese.

Excellent lodge perfect location very clean and tidy. Could do with a full length mirror

The lodge is in a very quiet peaceful part of fallbarrow Park but only a short stroll to the water , park shop and 5min to the town , It is clean, very comfortable and very well equipped , we have booked accommodation in the past direct from the parkdean resort and the level of cleanliness does not match the standards from sykes cottages , Having booked accommodation from sykes cottages before we had no worries booking again and will do again in the future . My only gripe is the WiFi is absolutely useless , I don't know if there is an option to pay for a better faster service, if there is it would be helpful to publish instructions on the website for the lodge
The property could have been cleaner. The shower has dirtmould around the edges. The fridge smelt. Lots of crumbs down the insides of the sofas. A broken glass in the cupboard and door shelve in the fridge broken. We did have a pleasant stay and it was in an ideal location for us to get around. Beds very comfortable.
Great lodge stayed in a few park owned homes and Beech Grove felt like a home
Lovely stay at Beech Grove Lodge, nice quiet location on the park and brilliantly located for Bowness which is a very short walk away. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our time there especially sitting out on the deck, the rattan sofa was very comfortable. Lodge well equipped and clean. Would definitely recommend. A couple of minor things that need addressing although they didn't affect our stay, the DVD player is not connected so we couldn't use it I think it is a new TV so not set up anymore, the shelves in the fridge door are slightly broken and so we were dubious to use them to hold milk in case they broke completely, the code for the barrier is wrong in the welcome email so we couldn't get on the park straight away when we arrived. However, these are minor and we had a lovely stay and will almost certainly come back again.
The property felt really homely and comfortable. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The outside space was amazing. We had a great stay thank you!

Lovely lodge in a good position. I found the twin bed a bit too firm for me but double bed is very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and good shower. 2nd stay for us and we would definitely stay again.

We travel to fallbarrow every year for the great north swim. This is the 8th property we have stayed on. We stayed in glade 16 last year. Overall the property had the potential to be lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable and the washing facilities good. Just a couple of things that wouldnt let me book this property again. The milk tray in the fridge fell off as soon as I opened the fridge door. There was a dirty sanitary towel in the bin of the bathroom in the en suite and finally the two dogs in glade 8 barked continuously from morning til night. They woke both my children up every morning. Other than that the stay was pleasant but as I said I wouldnt stay again in this property.
Michelle
Lovely spacious and clean lodge. Towels provided was a bonus. All kitchen utensils are plentiful. Comfy sofa and beds. 2 bathrooms is very handy too. We arrived at 3.30pm and it was ready as per instructions. The use of the leisure facility swimming pool and gym is really nice addition offsite but only 5 mins in the car. The only thing that could have been improved for our stay was the the freezer desperately needs defrosting. We could barely open the door is was so stuck with ice. Eventually this will impact the temperate of the fridge too. The decking glass was quite green and could do with a bit if clean now the weathers nice. Also the barrier code is not correct as per email we were sent had to buzz to get in. Didnt effect our stay and would definitely return. Lovely lodge.
