Booked as a late 30th and 14 year anniversary for my partner and myself. We've stayed in Bowness once before not too far from 2 West End. From the get go it was amazing, central location, the apartment has everything you need! I saw some people criticise the decor in the bathroom, I thought it was quirky and added to the personality. There was a photo on the bedroom wall which I wanted more info on as I share the same last name, would be interesting if a family members photo was on the wall where I stayed! My only complaint and I understand in a 3 storey property it can be difficult was we had some connectivity issues with the WiFi, general doom scrolling was okay but streaming was a small problem. In no way would this impact our decision to come back. Communication with Elizabeth was easy through the Sykes app also!

We loved our stay at 2 West End! great location, everything was very clean, the small notes are very helpful, loved the decor and all essential items available.

We had a fantastic stay for New Year. We come all the time and this is a hidden gem ! The bed was a dream to sleep on. Facilities were over and above and we loved the balcony.

Superb location with fantastic access to local amenities, however, parking could have been an issue but due to being disabled and having a blue badge the locals advised us of where to park legally and we ended up right outside the property. Whilst clean, the property could do with a deeper clean for perfection and a dishwasher would have been advantageous. That said, we would stay again.

We love Bowness and have visited many times. It has been an absolute treat to stay in the heart of it. Great apartment with everything you need. Can recommend Cafe No4 for a fabulous breakfast.
