Great house in a great location. The top two floors are perfect. Very well furnished, great kitchen and nice touches like some kitchen roll, sponge, leftover washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets all of which we normally take with us!

The Heights is a Fantastic property in a perfect location for visiting all the beautiful places that the Lake District has to offer. Its located within walking distance of Bowness on Windermere town centre where youll find plenty of shops, cafs, pubs and restaurants. Youll also find the open top bus and boats doing day trips on Lake Windermere. The property had everything you could possible need, the beds were really comfy and with 2 car parking spaces it was perfect. We did have a problem with the water draining away in the shower & sink on the 1st floor. It was not too much of a problem, but the water did come over the shower tray a couple of times when having a shower making the floor a little wet as the water couldnt drain away quick enough. We would highly recommend this property and wouldnt hesitate coming back again in the future. Thank you.

Nice property good position, upstairs fridge needs changing dose not get very cold. Holiday was spoiled by builders in next door every day making noise waking us up early mixing cement and sawing tiles.

Stayed here multiple times. Very practical accommodation with 2 parking spaces a real benefit in this area. There are lovely views of the Lake from the sitting room and kitchen on the top floor. Beware that there are 2 sets of steep stairs to the top floor but there is self contained accommodation on the ground floor for anyone who can't do stairs. Comfortable, warm and well equipped. The standard of cleaning on arrival was excellent. We had a small maintenance problem and the process of reporting could be improved. There is no direct option for such a problem. The 'chat' didn't work at all and even stated that I was not the name on the booking which of course I was! Such admin needs real improvement.

Fabulous house, well equipped and clean. The views were great. Our family enjoyed our stay. The location is close to centre and quiet.
