We had an amazing stay at Riverside. The accommodation was absolutely fantastic. Very spacious, clean, everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Thank you

What a fantastic location and accommodation. We had a very relaxing time at the property, enjoying the sound of the river and sheep. We were able to get into the river to cool down as well. A good location in order to get to places such as Wray Castle, Holehird, Rydal, The Victoria Wood Theatre, Wansfell, Townend etc. If we were to be very picky then you may want to consider the following 1. A new toaster the old one has lost its ping and you have to use a knife to get the toast out! 2. The shower door handle is loose. 3. The downstairs hot tap is very loose. 4. The lamp in the lounge doesn't work but to be fair this may just need 2 new light bulbs which we only found on the last day! 5. It would have been nice to have a clothes horse or washing line to dry clothes some clothes can't go into a tumble drier. 6. If your guests have travelled a long way and are arriving late then a welcome pack would be appreciated e.g. tea, coffee, milk, shower gel. We had a great time and the setting was amazing. Great home from home. Enjoyed this property many times over the years. Great base for the best of the Lake District.

Very nice property, tucked out the way and private. Very warm and very comfortable beds. Sky tv and Netflix for settling down at night. Kitchens very well equipped and nice views. Overall, a very relaxing house with some lovely walks on the doorstep. The Old Post Office in Troutbeck, serves up some beautiful food and home made fare to boot, sitting beside an open fire, well worth a visit.

Stunning location, beautiful inside . The perfect setting for our multi generational family get together.

A stunning locations and lovely property. Well equipped kitchens and plenty of space for the whole family to spend time together. Would recommend and hope to come back again.
