Lovely well equipped property, in a very good location close to town - had the essentials for us in parking right outside (my Mum canâ??t walk far) and comfortable beds! The hill to town was not long but very step so be aware, took us 10 mins to walk but elderly people may struggle. We were already planning to drive and drop off my elderly parents in town so made no difference to us.

Ideal quiet location, close to the lakeside attractions and many restaurants and pubs. Apartment is very clean and spacious with seating area at the rear. Yes, the road leading to the apartment is steep and some may struggle, but we had a wheelchair user in our group so we decided to walk further up Lake Road and along Biskey Howe Rd and right into Craig Walk, this brought us to the rear of the property.

Very close to shops (Tesco express not far and a Booths at Windemere station). A few minutes walk to Pier side area. Good local bus service. Note the short distance from the bottom of Helm Rd. to the property entrance is very steep. Good parking area to front. Very satisfied with our stay (April 2024).
