Excellent location, gated private parking. Didn't take a dog but it's pet friendly and there's a playing field over the road which would be ideal for quick morning and nighttime exercising. Loads of fridge and freezer space, great oven, comfy beds. Whole place is very cosy and warm. All waste goes in one separate bin downstairs designated for holiday let's, would have been good to have the option to recycle, we separated everything anyway. The shower unit is adequate. Would stay again.

Comfortable flat in a good location. We found everything we needed available at the flat. Christmas decorations looked fabulous and created a homely atmosphere.Very warm and clean.What else do you need on a cold winter day and nights?

Great location for a stay in Windermere. Spacious living area and secure parking. I would say ideal for a short break if there are 4 in a party. The bedrooms particularly the one with single beds is very small and not much space for clothing hence a long stay might be an issue. I do find when you're only staying for a short period a check of 4pm isn't great and considering you have to be leaving the property by 10am doesn't give you much time.

Accommodation was clean and bright. We assumed it was only recently added as a holiday let, as there were so few entries in the guest book. On a negative note. We felt that the property lacked certain basic products. Ie, there was no hand wash or any toilet cleaning solution. When you are required to leave the property as you found it, in a clean state, this ought to be a basic requirement.

Excellent accomodation , safe car parking , 30 sec walk to town centre , no problems at all and good base for sightseeing , will definitely be going there again .
