What a fabulous house! ! The cleanliness of the property was fantastic with fresh bedding & towels. The property felt homely which made our stay even better. The kitchen is well equipped with various potspans to make delicious home cooked meals. The beds were super comfortable & all beds had protectors on the mattress & pillows which was a huge positive for us. Each room had plenty of space for clothes to be stored. The small back yard was excellent after a walk to take boots off & wash our dog before coming into the house via the back door. The house overlooks a lovely green area where there is a parkskate park & a great place to exercise dogs. Although its a popular area its still quiet. Great access to Windermere town only a short walk away.
Great property and close to Windermere we enjoyed our stay here over Christmas. Nice kitchen and large dining table to cook in and lots of room in general. Parking is a bit tight though we managed to fit 2 cars out the front. Lovely location and would definitely stay again!

Boundary Cottage was a great find in a great location. House was spotless, hats off to the cleaners and well equipped. Nice back court yard to make the most of the good weather and secure for dogs. The house was advertised as having car parking space for 2 cars but there was only enough space for 1. Only real negative issue was the water pressure in the showers. Would definitely book the house again when returning to this area.

The house is spacious, very comfortable and decorated lovely throughout. The location is perfect.on a quiet lane with a huge field where cricket matches are held along a great playpark and tennis courts. Its a 10 minute walk into the centre of Windermere and about 20 minutes to Bowness. We will definitely return!

This lovely property was perfect for our break in Windermere. It is beautifully decorated, ideally located only 5mins outside of town, and great as a base for exploring the Lakes. We loved the view of the green from the front window, where we saw football matches and cricket practice. We would highly recommend this property.

Lovely house and so well decorated and organized. Beds are super comfy and good internet. Fun location with short walk into one town and a convenience store and small cafe about one minute away. Only suggestion is to bring things like hand soap none in either bathroom or kitchen and laundry pods etc. Even lacked cleaning supplies which for a week would be nice to have. Lovely place though and warm!

My family recently stayed at The Boundary with our friends and their daughter over the New Year. The house is perfectly located and only a 10 minute walk max to the centre of Windermere. Im Not sure if the description of the property adds that there is a large field and park at the front for the children. My little boy loved the park! There is a small cafe at the end of the lane we didnt try here that looks lovely and also a premier shop incase you need any further groceries. The house itself was very clean and you can see it was recently renovated. All amenities and board games are also new. They do provide tea, coffee, biscuits and cleaning products like washing up liquid and towels. Everything that was needed was provided for a short stay at this property which made our stay very easy. The bedrooms were small and cosy but enough and all that was needed. Bedding and towels were fresh and clean. We couldnt find an iron or board so unsure if these are provided. The only downfall to the property is the pressure of the water in the showers. It wasnt the best but was adequate Overall I would highly recommend here for a lovely stay in the lakes, we will for sure be back.
