Beautiful property in Windermere, well situated near the railway and bus station. Supermarket within a five minute walk and a bar and hotel opposite for lunches and evening meals. The accommodation was spacious and clean including the garden hot tub. The fully fitted kitchen was well set out for cooking great breakfasts.

Lovely well decorated house in a convenient location. The hot tub was wonderful and easy to use, the cinema room is a lot of fun, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Windermere with a big group. There are just a few things that would have made our stay even better...There was only one tea towel in the kitchen, another or even a couple more would be good for such a large house. There was only one towel per person which wasn't ideal with the hot tub since our towels didn't have much time to dry and then smelt like chlorine. There is a washer and dryer but a second towel per person would be easier. The cinema room and living room have DVD players but not blue ray players, which is fine but seems a shame in the cinema room with the blue ray projector. There's a good selection of wine glasses, water glasses, and plastic glasses for the hot tub but no pint glasses. Minor thing but it would be nice. Last thing is there was no plunger in the house, one of the toilets got a bit blocked and we couldn't even get one at any of the local shops. Just something that'd be useful. We still had a great time and would love to stay again!
