Tree View Lodge Reviews

Rebecca
Great lodge. Perfect location to explore. Toysgames in the lodge were a nice touch.
Michael
Beautiful setting. The lodge could do with an upgrade of carpets, mattresses and pillows. TV did not work most of the time. No mention of having to pay to use the pool. Full of dust on top of wardrobe that was very wobbly. No where to store food apart from fridge. Decking in areas needs fixing.
Had a brilliant stay the cabin was very nice and warm had everything you need for your stay. Nice location quiet. Internet worked brilliant with netflix on all the tv's. Loved standing outside at night on the decking witch needed a little T.L.C whould be booking again next year
Graham
Cabin is in excellent position, no wifi internet in cabin, lots to do on the park and surrounding area, will return
Beverley

Very Good Location Quite comfortable Plenty of outside space Needs a bit of updating Decking needs restoring
Tired & needs updating & a thorough clean. Carpet & sofas need cleaning & they smell dirty Neither us or site staff could open patio doors They and us had problems with the main door lock. We got locked in for a short time. Kitchen items stored in base units, difficult to see & reach for pensioners mobility. Kitchen cooking items inadequate for 6 people but luckily we were only 2. Cutlery drawer 3 metal teaspoons. Utensils bare minimum. Sharp knives 2 smallest had their points snapped off though were usable otherwise. Toilet seat wouldn't stay up. Bedrooms need curtains for sunny mornings. No bins in bedrooms No mirrors in bedrooms Bedroom next to bathroom too small for double bed & doesn't allow for a wardrobe. Middle bedroom door creaks Loudly when opening or shutting. Rusty door fittings Bed sheets were unironed. A nice bedroom chair needed in middle bedroom, bed is high. Cords for lifting blinds had been brokencut off. Fridge smelt sour and door was damaged Unit next to door had some of surface finish ripped off. There were no instructions for using fire, tv, oven or microwave. The decking was filthy, hadn't been swept in a long time and the bush things either side if the door got in the way. There was a problem with the boiler but the owner got a temporarily sorted before our departure. Some things may sound minor but are the things that help customers to enjoy their stay and come back. We will not be coming back to this lodge. We stayed in a lodge on the same site not long ago. 7 nights for a little more money and it was clean, well maintained, comfortable, very well equipped, throws for the dog. It was Very nice.
Lovey home from home place to stay convenient for exploring the lakes, Very spacious decking with lovely furniture but due to time of year couldnt take advantage of it. Where it is situated I could imagine in high season it would still be quiet would definitely come back.
Beautiful Cabin , Spotless , very spacious and cozy , everything in there you ... Beautiful Cabin , Spotless , very spacious and cozy , everything in there you would need for a holiday , couldnt fault a thing
Catherine
The lodge is lovely, cosy and very well equipped. We had a lovely holiday. Lots of games and DVDs to keep the kids entertained in the evenings. There was some confusion over the facilities available. We had assumed that use of the pool was included, but Lakelovers kindly offered free use of an alternative pool. We didnt use this in the end, but very impressed with how they dealt with the situation.
Overall stay was lovely. A few things needing updated around the cabin.. microwave Took a while to get warm milk for our toddlers bottle. The beds mainly the master double it was sunk on either side and the pillows were very flat. The bed sheet and duvet sheet also felt very cheap. Couch wasn't the comfiest but was fine as your not sitting in it all night the way you do sleeping in a bed. The TV was great that it had a netflix account logged in. My daughter loved watching that. Decking was safe and secure with the gates would have loved a hot tub but that would just be a wee loved extra. Shower worked great and cabin is in a great location just off the main road for cars traveling through the resort so felt safe having my dog and child as only people that would drive up were parking at a cabin which is only a few of.
As the name says, great place to stay enjoying the great view just right outside of your house. Everything there is so perfect, well managed and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Outdoor patio acts as cherry on the top where you can sit and enjoy the soothing nature, healing yourself. Overall, we really really enjoyed staying there and would highly recommend.
Property very clean, bedding and towels very clean.
Lovely well kept lodge in a great position within the park. This is our Second visit to the lodge and we will definitely be booking again. The lodge was spotless and the facilities well maintained. We spent a week in the lodge with our 2 year old who loved her bunk bed. The site also puts on morning entertainment in the clubhouse at 1000am each day which is great fun for little ones free of charge.
