Enjoying stunning sea views and featuring a roaring wood burner, the cosy lounge boasts a wonderfully warm ambience that perfectly reflects the peace and serenity of your surrounding coastal landscape. Combining sleek contemporary design with rustic, exposed brickwork, the spacious kitchen/diner will capture your imagination, inspiring you to get creative with your cooking. The contemporary family bathroom on this level exudes elegance. The tranquil king-size bedroom shares the same charm and character as the rest of the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find another king-size bedroom and a double bedroom. Due to the traditional nature of this cottage, there are sloping ceilings in both of the upstairs bedrooms. This entire retreat is adorned with lovely nautical touches that celebrate the beauty of the Black Isle. From sunrise to sunset, the large, enclosed garden, featuring a delightful lawn, provides the perfect peaceful spot to sit back and relax. Outside, you’ll also find private parking for three cars. Please note that there is an access road running along the front of the property between the cottage and the private parking opposite, next to the beach, so care should be taken to check for vehicles or cyclists before stepping outside.
