Fab location to town 5 minute walk away with its own dedicated parking space for 2 cars, as mentioned in listing 43 steps to the top floor and water flow to electric shower slow but okay. Only one loo but 2 bedrooms, quiet and peaceful. worth taking along a 3m long ethernet cable if using a laptop as wi fi drops out alot if not unless using your phone data.Nice warm & comfortable place to stay week before xmas with no problems for access directions.
Weve had a brilliant week at the Penthouse. We loved the apartment comfortable, cosy, spotlessly clean and great to come back to to relax at the end of each day. The location is great so close to everything. Luckily were used to stairs so even the three flights didnt cause too many problems once the car was unloaded! We would definitely book again many thanks.
Had a great stay at the Penthouse apartment. It was found fully equipped for our needs and has a great location. Certainly recommend it and will certainly be back.

I cannot recommend this property enough! Its a beautiful property which felt like a home from home. Its was spotlessly clean and the owners had left everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is excellent close to pubs, restaurants, shops and the lake. We had such a fabulous time and we are already planning our next visit.
The penthouse is an excellent apartment in a fantastic location in the heart of Bowness. Allocated parking is a welcome bonus.
The apartment is very nice we have been many times just a short walk into town just a couple of issues the toaster was broken and the tap in the sink in the shower room was very stiff. We're looking forward to next year.

Clean, well equipped and very comfortable apartment. Excellent location, quiet but very close to town centre. One very minor quibble no shaver plug in either bathroom which means it is not possible to recharge electric shavers or toothbrushes.

Lovely apartment and very close to the shops and pubs etc. The owners were helpful when we needed some advice. The only issue we had was the hot water was not reliable however this could be rectified by turning bath tap on to release air locks but did become slightly annoying as the week went on, we also couldnt seem to get hot water in the shower room sink for washing hands but this is mentioned within the apartment and is due to it being on a top floor and the water pressure is not great. Overall the apartment was beautiful with everything we needed and we would definitely stay again and recommend.

We were delighted with our stay in the Penthouse. The apartment is ideally situated for easily accessing shops pubs and restaurants in Bowness. Furthermore walking treks from the apartment in all directions was super. I wouldnt hesitate recommending this Penthouse to any of my friends and indeed if we were wishing to stay in Bowness in the future I would be disappointed if this accommodation was not available!!

Another really lovely stay at the Penthouse apartment, the property is modern comfortable clean and well maintained it is also in an ideal location just a few minutes walk to all the shops pubs and restaurants, I would definitely recommend this property, the only small issue for some people is it is on the 3rd floor so lots of stairs to climb which could be a small problem other than that everything excellent
This is a wonderful apartment. Everything you need for a great stay. With very comfy beds and stylish fittings.
