If youre looking for a home from home break then Spring Cottage is for you. Lisa and Andy provide everything you need, plus a lovely welcome basket. The cottage is immaculate, from the moment we walked through the door we could tell how much love and thought has been put into it. Great location within easy reach of towns and beaches. All in all we had a fab few days!
We had a wonderful stay at Spring Cottage its a beautiful place that has been so lovingly restored, combining traditional features with modern convenience and tasteful design. The large enclosed garden makes it perfect for young families and we loved the spacious kitchen which was well stocked with all the utensils you could need. There are several seating areas both indoor and outdoor which make it perfect for socialising and all the bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. Lisa was easily contactable and responsive both before and during our stay. We would happily return.

Such a lovely place. Chose to move from hotel accommodation to a private place due to my dads age and all the things that go with it. Hosts were amazing, very responsive and kind, lovey welcome basket when we arrived. Easy to fine, so comfortable was perfect.
We had a wonderful stay at Spring Cottage. Lisa and Andy were fantastic hostsfriendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The location is lovely, offering a peaceful setting and a great base for exploring the area. We especially appreciated the outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing, and the convenient onsite parking. Everything was comfortable and well looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!

Stylishly refurbished cottage, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Lots of outdoor space to relax in. A real home from home, we had some memorable times together. Friendly hosts whove clearly thought through how to make the most of this period property for their guests. A good base for exploring Sussex. Arundel, Chichester and Bosham were our favourites. Theres also a pleasant park 3 minutes walk away if you have children or dogs in your party. Easy access to the South Downs and coastal resorts stretching from Bognor Regis to Brighton. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in an ambient setting.

This was without doubt one of the best cottages we have stayed at. We loved the authentic period charm, combined with a state of the art lighting system. The welcome pack was way above the average expected and the hot tub both scrupulously clean and relaxing. The good sized garden was greatly enjoyed by all in our party. We will definitively be booking another stay.

Spring Cottage is a beautifully presented cottage and a very comfortable home from home. We really appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the decor lighting, artwork, furnishings and appliances, everything was carefully considered to make the most of the cottage's period features while still providing all modern conveniences. A very wellequipped kitchen as a coffee lover I very much appreciated the coffee machine, and the pack of coffee pods in the welcome basket!. The EV charging point was a real plus for us, as was the hot tub! Liz and Andy were very helpful and responsive hosts.
I have never before spent holiday time in such well appointed and well equipped accommodation! Every element has been considered and we wanted for nothing, particularly in the wonderful kitchen. The whole cottage is beautiful, spacious but cosy and so,so welcoming. Thank you to Lisa and Andy the Ninja hot tub cleaner! for the wonderful welcome pack with seasonal goodies as well as the essentials we required for our first nights. The dog loved the garden for morning chases, my eldest daughter loved the hot tub, my youngest loved the access to so much telly that we don't get at home, and Mum and I just loved lazy mornings in super comfy beds before heading over the road for dog walks through the fields. We had great days out locally in Arundel, Bognor, Littlehampton and Worthing and even ventured down to Climping Beach to view the sad decline of the beach there. Access to a wellstocked CoOp five minutes walk away meant that we didn't need to go far to restock the fridge when needed. We honestly couldn't have asked for more from this holiday thank you so much for sharing this lovely gem of a cottage with us.
Spring Cottage is an absolutely stunning thatched roof cottage with a wonderful hot tub. The whole cottage is decorated in keeping with its age the photos do not do it justice. The sofa's are very comfy and the cottage is nice and warm especially with the log fire on. All the bedrooms have very comfy beds and pillows and are beautifully decorated. There are ample lovely soft towels for the showers and hot tub. I have never been in a cottage where the kitchen has been so well stocked it had everything needed and more. We were given a wonderful food basket and card to help celebrate my husband's birthday. The owners were easily contactable and I can't thank them enough for a perfect long weekend. I would definitely stay again when visiting Yapton. Thank you so much Lisa and Andy.
The cottage was divine. Warm and friendly when we entered. Lovely welcome pack left for us. Everything had been thought of.including towels for hot tub use. There is a great co op down the road and fish & chip shop which we didnt try .we walked from the cottage every day and found different walks for the dog. Loved it so much will be booking again. The owners checked the hot tub every day but let us know when they would be coming so as not to inconvenience us. Also I had trouble opening the patio door the first night didnt want to force it and the owners came round to show us how to open it correctly. A little gem as is Yapton village!

What a beautiful cottage! A perfect mixture of traditional and modern. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beds very comfortable. Hot tub large and nice and hot on a very cold couple of days. It was the perfect place for our family to meet and enjoy Christmas together.
We had a lovely couple of days here. The cottage was beautiful. Decor was very well done. Clean and welcoming. Lots of kitchen utensils, cups, glasses etc. Spacious bedrooms, soft towels. Also added bonus with hot tub towels. Maybe a few extra toilet rolls wouldnt have gone a miss. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend staying here.
Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful, really comfortable and clean cottage. What an amazing restoration, retaining its old features with a modern stylish and warm interior. It was a perfect spot for our gathering of old friends. Also perfect location for nipping in the car to the pubs, shops and sights of Arundel and a bracing walk on the unspoilt sands at ClimpingWest Beach. Thank you for the warm welcome. Memorable.

The kitchen is so well equipped Lisa and Andy have thought of everything and their welcome birthday hamper was a lovely touch. The enclosed garden was perfect for my dog. And of course, the hot tub was fab! It was a very special weekend. Thank you.

Supreme, Perfect, Remarkable, Impressive, Noteworthy, Grandiose! ! A stylish and very well appointed cottage. Attention to detail and comfort is well thought out. Very comfortable beds. The overall ambiance is quirky and cocooning. Great location, close to Arundel, Goodwood, the coast and some lovely walks too. We had a fab long weekend with the family, lots of laughs in fabulous surroundings.
What a lovely house, really quirky and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and everything was provided for you to have an enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow! Highly recommend. Such a beautiful cottage which is decorated so tastefully and has lots of lovely little luxurious touches. A wonderful layout for socialising and the outside space was a little sun trap. Was very spacious for 6 adults and a dog. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. Great location for local sightseeing and beaches.

Can't say enough about this lovely place. They've thought of everything when they've refurbished this cottage. It might seem silly but, one of my biggest annoyances at most places is no hooks and not enough plug sockets Spring Cottage has hooks on every door and several sockets on every wall! There were lots of necessities like bin bags, dish soap, salt, spices etc the things you always forget to bring. It's beautifully decorated and has everything you'll need even a lovely welcome pack
A lovely thatched cottage, very clean and beautifully decorated with many original features. We had a family holiday at the cottage and made such happy memories, we all had a great time and the hot tub was a great addition. We would definitely recommend this cottage for a great holiday, we will be booking again very soon. Paul Chris and family.
Lovely property, very well kitted out and great style.

We had such a fantastic stay at Spring Cottage its a truly special place. Lisa and Andy have created a beautiful, welcoming home with a real sense of style and comfort. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, from the clever lighting in each room to the highspec Control4 system that makes everything super easy to use. The garden was a real highlight perfectly split between a peaceful lawned area and a sunny, private spot with a hot tub and dining space that we made full use of. Its ideal for relaxing after a busy day out and about. We also really appreciated the spacious parking and the convenience of the EV charger such a helpful addition. The cottage was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly wellequipped. You can tell so much care has gone into creating a space that feels like a home away from home. Lisa and Andy were brilliant hosts too friendly, helpful, and really thoughtful. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Spring Cottage and are already looking forward to returning!
