Greystones Reviews

Andrew
Lovely setting. Well stocked.lovely property.
Jonathan
Lovely house. Clean, comfortable, modern, and well equipped. Nice, private setting, convenient location for Gloucester, Cheltenham, and the Cotswolds. We would stay at Greystones again.
Louise
Beautiful house, comfy beds. Loved it.

The ground floor of the house is well laid out, ideal for socilaising. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good sizes with ample space. The WiFi was a little bit sticky after the heavy rain the guest book does advise of that. When sat outside the noise from the motorway can be a bit prohibitive for enjoying the outdoor space. All in all a great property.
This property was well equipped and the beds where very comfortable. But our only issue was that the advert said 'A tranquil escape' the noise from the visible M5 unfortunately hampered that, we tried sitting outside but there was traffic noise, day and night. Nigel was very quick to attend to the faulty en suite shower when called. Greystones is perfectly positioned if visiting ie Gloucester, Bristol and Tewkesbury's places of interest.
Lovely property very welcoming, plenty of room for our party of seven. Nice and clean and kitchen was equipped with everything that you would need. Had a lovely stay thank you.
Daniel
Great stay, lovely house with great outside seating.

Great find near to Elmore Court where we were attending my nieces wedding. Access to the property was easy. Met Nigel who checked we were ok and had everything we needed. Lots of crockery and cutlery so never felt short as I have experienced in other rentals. Even had a small china cup for my tea. Lovely patio area which was perfectly safe for my small grandson to play out on while the family sat out in the beautiful weather we had. Beds were comfy and lots of towels. Lovely few days in a beautiful part of the country. Thank you
We really enjoyed our stay at Greystones, the property is stunning and we would love to stay again. A few minor points that were raised by the party 6pm check in time is rather late when you are paying over 400 per night The rug by the kitchen is a tripslip hazard I nearly went flying so would recommend a slip mat is placed underneath it A proper chopping board and some tupperware would be handy if provided in the kitchen Teacoffeesugar needed replenishing
Not the best time of the year to visit the Cotswolds area, but what the weather lacked in warmth and feel good factor, this beautiful property certainly made up for when we returned each night. The house was very clean and well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and good sizes pans to cater for the eight people it will accommodate. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfy and there was plenty of useful storage space. All in all a really good find, perhaps we will try it again in the Spring or Summer months.

Lovely property in a lovely area, the owners live close by and are extremely friendly and helpful. We had a family celebration meal at the nearby Hatton Hotel which I would also recommend as the food was first class. We did get slightly confused over the recycling situation as it is different to our own local separation.
The house was fantastic! Location is lovely and quiet. The outside area is great and the games room was a hit with the kids. The WiFi did keep buffering despite reboots, but we managed. We will definitely be back.
Andrew
Very spacious and comfortable. A very convenient base to explore the Gloucester, Worcester, Cheltenham and StratfordUponAvon and the Cotswolds.

Fantastic house! ! Super spacious, very clean, bedrooms are a very generous size. The patio area with the bbq, fire pit garageplay room makes it such a family friendly stay. The owner introduced himself and was extremely friendly and hands on with any requests or questions we had. Location is super ideal, very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you
Robert
A great find! Really lovely place to stay comfortable, spacious and a log fire too! This is a super place for families with a well equipped kitchen and was ideal for our recent family get together, being close to numerous attractions and having a variety of places to go out locally and eat if you didn't fancy cooking! We would definitely recommend this property and would be quite happy to come back again.

We were a group of 8 and stayed at Greystones for 4 nights and it was lovely. It is modern and very tastefully decorated. The living area and open plan kitchen are bright and spacious with lots of space to move around and interact and it is equipped with appliances. They open into a wide patio with ample space for a group our size to sit out with drinks and barbeque. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and ample wardrobe space. The owners live nearby and were very helpful and lovely to talk to. We had a great stay overall.
We stayed at Greystones for a long weekend and as a family of 8 we didn't feel like we were under each others feet. The property is very spacious and had everything we needed for our short break. The owner was very helpful with our queries and we couldn't have asked for a nicer property. We would highly recommend the property.
A family of 5 2 adults, 3 children under 13 yrs. We spent 3 nights and totally loved every bit of the house. It looks exactly as it is in the photos. Very spacious, very modern, very well equipped. With local supermarkets a short drive away, we were able to cook and feel very much at home. Beds are comfortable and showers are terrific. The decking outside would make a lovely setting for the BBQ gas provided, but we didn't get a chance as we were out&about most days. We'd certainly stay again, certainly recommend it!
